The main features for cases are: capture the right amount of detail, from brief to fully dressed, the step editor keeps steps, sub-steps, and extensions in sync ,write scenarios as steps or prose, link to external documents or URLs, track open issues and notes, refactor steps into a new use case, capture supplemental fields or add your own custom fields.

I'm uncertain why anyone would 'hate' Case Complete 2015, there are many sophisticated tools for requirements management (word is not one of them) in most real enterprises - with tools like DOORS, HP QC etc., Case Complete does occupy a space that brings a little more structure, it supplements enterprise tools and I suspect prior reviewers may have zero experience in this business space.
